About
I started in production design and spent 20+ years earning every rung — lead designer, web designer, web developer, lead web developer, art director, and now creative manager. That hands-on career path means I’ve named products, written taglines, directed agency partners, and built the code myself — often all on the same project. My work spans gaming, entertainment, toy brands, music, and ad technology.

HomeGoods needed a banner ad experience that felt alive — not static. The brief called for real-time social content integrated directly into display ad units, at scale, across placements.
// The Solution
Engineered a live UGC ingestion pipeline that pulled real-time social posts into interactive banner ads on the fly. Built a custom proxy server to mirror live feeds and bypass Twitter API rate limits — enabling seamless, uninterrupted content delivery inside the ad environment.

Twitter API integration, proxy server architecture, ActionScript / Flash (industry-standard for rich media at the time), dynamic ad serving via PointRoll platform, cross-network banner deployment.
